It will consist of four main sections, with six apartment floors each, ground floor with commercial areas, underground floor with a parking and public zones. There will be 214 apartments of the following types: studios, two-room apartments and maisonettes. Owners and guests will have access to SPA centre, conference hall, shops, restaurant and a lobby bar.
